Job Summary The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality management system for construction or industrial projects to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, specifications, applicable codes, and company standards. This role provides strategic leadership in planning, implementing, and monitoring quality control activities and drives continuous improvement initiatives across all phases of the project lifecycle. The Quality Manager leads quality personnel, interfaces with clients and regulatory bodies, and ensures that work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
