About The Position

You will be the Quality Engineering Associate Manager for the Program Quality Engineering team. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, engineering or math; or equivalent education and experience
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance; and therefore must be a US Citizen
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN -â¯This position is located at a facility that requiresâ¯special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secretâ¯clearance. A companyâsponsored interim secret clearance is required to start.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Nice To Haves

STEM degree at Bachelors level or higher preferred
Manufacturing experience
Knowledge of Aerospace standards: AS9100, AS9102, AS9103
Working knowledge of SAP
Working knowledge of root cause and corrective action processes
Experience in Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment

Responsibilities

Hiring, training, and coaching inspectors and quality engineers while removing barriers to execution.
Allocating resources, assigning work, and maintaining a metrics program to track performance and adverse trends.
Communicating quality requirements, addressing concerns, and ensuring product acceptance and timely delivery.
Managing financial responsibilities for quality activities and ensuring costâeffective execution.
Continuously identifying and implementing improvements to uphold the highest quality standards.
