Requirements

  • STEM degree at Bachelor's level or higher.
  • Have knowledge of quality systems, demonstrated use of standard problem solving, troubleshooting tools and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to perform floor support functions and make appropriate quality decisions.
  • Good communications and presentation skills.
  • Well versed in GD&T, interpreting drawings and standards.
  • Experienced in using various inspection measurement tools, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing and process improvement experience.
  • Defense or military contractor experience.
  • Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEAs, and Root Cause and Corrective Action processes.
  • Experience in working with MiniTab.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and report on quality activities for raw and packaging materials.
  • Control non‑conforming items, conduct root‑cause analyses, and monitor corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to maintain quality standards.
  • Provide input for purchase‑order requirements and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and apply innovative solutions to technical problems.
