About The Position

You will be the Quality Engineer for the PAC‑3 Program Quality Team, responsible for delivering high‑quality inspection and assurance for missile systems. As the Quality Engineer, you will establish and advance inspection processes to ensure the reliability of the PAC‑3 Program. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in a STEM related field or higher.
  • Must be a US Citizen and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • Advanced knowledge of AS9100D Quality systems and pertinent Quality practices.
  • Mechanical skills and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) understanding.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to develop, apply, and analyze effectiveness of quality methods.
  • Ability to proactively review and develop documentation/drawing for compliance with requirements, use tools for documentation and corrective action of non-conformances.
  • Green Belt Six Sigma Certification with knowledge of statistical process controls.
  • Effective time management and good organizational skills.
  • Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering Degree.
  • Exhibit business professionalism and values.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust quality inspection procedures supporting test and assembly operations.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, test technicians, and customers to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
  • Mentor less‑experienced engineers and lead inspection effort teams.
  • Participate in cross‑functional teams to achieve long‑range objectives and explore new concepts.
  • Drive quality improvements across inspection and assembly processes.
