About The Position

Boden, a British clothing retailer with a Distribution Center in Pittston, PA started with a shirt. Well, eight to be precise. Boden Warehouse Associates work in an upbeat, fast-paced team environment while striving to deliver an amazing experience to shoppers by carrying out the following responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: To ensure accuracy and quality in all garments to meet customer expectations and company standards.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous work experience in a warehouse environment, preferred
Basic computer skills
Familiarity with wireless handheld devices
Ability to understand and adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures

Responsibilities

Perform quality checks on garments to ensure correct measurements, sizes, labels and colors
Inspect garments for faults against manufacturing website to ensure quality standards are met
Log manufacturer faults in excel and WMS system
Log shipment samples into WMS system using barcode scanner
Perform Extra Check inspections by inspecting full product shipments
Meet and maintain set productivity goals
Perform tasks accurately and timely, keeping error rates to a minimum
Demonstrate acceptable workplace behaviors
Maintain acceptable attendance standards
Clean up and organize work areas to ensure a safe working environment
Work collaboratively within a team environment
Participate as an active and positive team member in all areas, improving efficiencies
Have flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of tasks throughout the Warehouse
