Job Overview: Reporting to the Quality Engineering Manager, the Quality Control Technician II is responsible for supporting operations by performing in-process and finished good inspection of Magnolia’s broad epoxy portfolio. The technician must ensure testing is compliant with engineering standards (ASTM, ISO), customer specifications, and internal requirements. The technician will also support incoming raw material inspections, shelf-life extension, research and development, inventory management, continuous improvement, and safety activities. This is a “hands-on” lab role, and daily work requires the preparation of adhesively bonded assemblies and destructive testing
