Requirements
- Some experience as a Quality Control Technician or similar role, preferably in technology or smart home sectors but not required
- Keen attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using software tools for analysis and reporting

Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on products and services to identify potential defects or areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality checks, providing detailed reports on findings and resolutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members across various departments to address quality concerns and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and returns to identify patterns and implement corrective actions.
