About The Position

The Quality Control Supervisor coordinates Quality Control Inspector's daily requirements and assists in implementing all aspects of quality assurance efforts. What You'll Do Assist the Quality Manager with maintaining current and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans, and effectiveness monitoring Ensure customer and supplier quality communication, and requested data is: collected and maintained tracks information requests, facilitates the generation of customer and supplier 8D reports based on the investigation of non-conformance, Conduct investigations regarding critical and unusual incidents as directed by QA Manager to facilitate issue resolution Interprets and implements quality assurance standards as directed by QA Manager to facilitate ISO 9001/AS9100/AS9102 FAI compliance Assist the QA Manager with the reviews of quality assurance standards, existing policies, and procedures: Conduct internal audits and interviews of personnel to evaluate effectiveness of QM Assists departments with the coordination of audit information, and recommends mechanisms, procedures, and/or process updates Audits complete quality control forms for accuracy and completeness to ensure that quality assurance standards are met by the quality control team Assist QA Manager in ensuring: quality assurance policies and procedures are documented, assisting with updating records, forms, and procedures corrective action recommendations and plans are implemented or revised as necessary, and assist with writing, implementing, and enforcing corrective action plans Data collection, data recording, runs queries, and prepares reports as requested. Provides reports to QA Manager as requested to enable progress of internal performance indicator goals Oversees and maintains the following and the related responsibilities: ECO/ACN review, correction, and approval, non-conforming material and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing, data collection and reporting issue RMAs Assist the QA Manager in training staff in operational quality procedures, data collection, understanding quality control, and how to implement corrective actions Reviews, tracks, and communicates information regarding process variations and quality control samples as required by quality assurance procedures Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
