About The Position
The Quality Control Specialist will ensure the compliance and accuracy of loan applications. You will provide expert care while maintaining a welcoming attitude toward our internal teams to foster cross-functional collaboration and influence a positive Member experience.
Requirements
- Must hold a college degree
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Comfortable managing multiple deliverables at once
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on challenges
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Paralegal experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Review loan documents and closing packages to ensure accuracy of information and loan compliance
- Stay abreast of changing policies and SOPs to ensure the continued accuracy of deals
- Review lien positions and UCC filings
- Participate in preventing fraudulent activity by reviewing escalations
- Review criminal and civil litigation records to assess loan eligibility
