About The Position
Quality control (QC) Ensures that manufactured products adhere to a defined set of quality criteria or meets the requirements of the client or customer.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Efficient thinking and procedural skills
- Bend and kneel frequently.
- Crawl on knees.
- Lift up to 75 pounds at a time.
- Stand for 7-8 hours
- Promote safety and good housekeeping practices.
- Positive attitude and team player mentality.
- Self-starter who is accurate, precise, and takes pride in their workmanship.
- Fast and efficient working habits
- Minimum of High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year production manufacturing running machinery preferred.
Responsibilities
- Reviews work order and special instructions to understand scope and parameters.
- Matches PMS colors, samples, or customer color swatches per job request.
- Measures both height and width in correlation with work order.
- Checks Print, Finishing and packing quality and quantity with workorder.
- Ensures all orders have met the requirements of the client.
- Prepares order to be shipped.
- Maintains inventory of supplies needed to fulfill daily task.
- Maintains a clean area at all times.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Follow all OSHA and GPC safety policies and procedures.
- Work as a team player.
- Logs all customer samples.
