About The Position

The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality and compliance of outbound political calling campaigns. This role ensures that callers adhere to approved scripts, legal and regulatory requirements, campaign messaging standards, and professionalism expectations. The specialist plays a key role in maintaining message accuracy, data integrity, and voter experience across all calling programs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center, quality assurance, or compliance role (political calling experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or errors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with political campaigns, advocacy calling, or voter outreach preferred
  • Ability to interpret scripts, compliance rules, and campaign guidelines accurately
  • Proficiency with call monitoring systems, CRM platforms, or dialer software
  • Ability to remain objective, confidential, and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities
  • Comfort delivering constructive feedback
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of compliance and quality assurance best practices

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate live and recorded political calls for quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to approved call scripts, talking points, and campaign messaging
  • Verify compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations (including TCPA and internal policies)
  • Identify trends in call performance, compliance issues, and training gaps
  • Document call evaluations and provide detailed feedback to callers and supervisors
  • Partner with training and operations teams to recommend coaching or corrective actions
  • Audit voter data entry and disposition codes for accuracy and consistency
  • Escalate critical compliance or messaging issues promptly
  • Assist in updating quality standards and evaluation scorecards as campaigns evolve
