About The Position

A Quality Control Coordinator will perform administrative tasks to coordinate, and support the functions of the distribution center including but not limited to the movement of merchandise, monitoring merchandise and verifying preparations involved in shipping merchandise.

Requirements

  • High School or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspection, or auditing
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with WMS and Google Office Suite is a plus.
  • Advanced MS Office applications including word and excel.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular inspections of materials, processes, and finished products
  • Identify and document quality issues and report them to the appropriate teams
  • Help prepare for audits, including gathering documents and responding to audit requests
  • Review quality reports and assist with resolving identified problems
  • Work with different departments to help correct quality issues
  • Maintain quality records, inspection logs, and reports
  • Use Microsoft Excel to track data and create basic quality reports
  • Work with quality systems and tools to keep information accurate and organized
  • Communicate quality findings clearly to team members and management
  • Other duties as assigned
