Join our team as a Janitorial Quality Control (QC) Coordinator and play a key role in creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces every day. Conduct daily walkâthroughs and inspections across government facilities to ensure all janitorial work meets contract requirements and company quality standards. Use checklists, digital reporting tools, and quality metrics to document inspection results, track trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. Train, mentor, and support janitorial staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, equipment use, and company policies. Coordinate and follow up on corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved effectively and consistently. Collaborate with management to enhance quality control processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate regularly with site supervisors and clients to maintain transparency, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction. Monitor supply levels and work with the operations team to maintain proper inventory. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines while promoting a culture of cleanliness and accountability. Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and performance evaluations as needed. Participate in audits and contribute to ongoing quality and processâimprovement efforts.
