Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Quality environments
  • Hands-on experience leading Kaizen events, process improvements, or Lean initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies (5S, OEE, root cause analysis, value stream mapping)
  • Experience delivering training or developing workforce capability (TWI experience strongly preferred)
  • Ability to influence across all levels—from frontline operators to plant leadership
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Excel (Minitab or similar is a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Quality, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead Lean initiatives including Kaizen events, SMED, and continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency and reduce waste
  • Use data and root cause analysis to identify and solve operational and quality issues
  • Serve as a key liaison across departments to align operations, quality, and production goals
  • Deliver TWI training (JI, JR, JM) and build structured onboarding and skills development programs
  • Maintain strong shop floor presence—coaching leaders, engaging teams, and driving adoption of best practices
  • Oversee quality standards, conduct process audits, and ensure compliance with SOPs and customer expectations
  • Own change management processes and partner with leadership to improve cost, schedule, and performance outcomes
