The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for supporting food safety and quality compliance through routine monitoring, testing, auditing, and documentation in alignment with the site Food Safety Plan and Rich Products quality standards. This role ensures timely identification, communication, and escalation of deviations while supporting corrective actions under the direction of QA Leadership. The QA Technician plays a hands-on role on the plant floor and in the laboratory, supporting production operations, maintaining accurate records, and reinforcing a strong quality culture across shifts.
