About The Position
The Quality Assurance Technician I is responsible for basic sampling, inspection, and data entry tasks within the quality assurance department. This role assists in maintaining quality records and ensuring compliance with testing requirements for products and materials in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of GMPs and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
- Ability to use scales and pallet jacks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-1 years of experience in a QA role or related field.
Nice To Haves
- Cross-training in other QA functions is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Audit and sample new product lots; send for testing as required.
- Input data into QA and inventory systems.
- Maintain audit records and dispose of non-compliant materials under supervision.
- Verify FIFO and expiration dates on inventory.
