Responsibilities Utilize different inspection techniques (e.g. visual, dimensional, paperwork, etc.) to complete inspections in accordance with engineering specifications, business requirements, and industry standards. Verify completion of assigned tasks and adherence to work instructions and the Quality Management System (QMS). Generate non-conforming reports, detailing failures and measurements as required. Process parts through Material Review Board in accordance with established procedures while ensuring correct identification and traceability information are maintained. Collaborate with Inventory/Shipping teams to address any missed parts. Capture and report relevant metrics. Maintain or execute established Quality mechanisms (e.g. the calibration program). Weekly reporting of metrics in team meetings. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for investigating failures. Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in the aerospace industry or experience in medical devices and electrical systems. Industry experience, preferably in aerospace. Demonstrate ownership of goals and problem-solving capabilities. Experience identifying Root Cause in failures. Strong written/communication skillset.
