What Drives Success Location: Tifton, GA - 1 00% onsite The Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role oversees day-to-day inspection activities, supports continuous improvement, and partners closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll help shape a culture of accountability, development, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control, inspection, testing, or a related manufacturing role (supervisory experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and quality systems.
  • Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
  • Working knowledge of MES and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting, communication, and data analysis.
  • Comfortable applying basic math (fractions, percentages, ratios, etc.) to real-world situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams, manage ambiguity, and make sound decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years of overall related experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Production Quality Inspectors.
  • Oversee product and process verification to ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Support root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assign and prioritize daily inspection tasks to support production schedules.
  • Monitor performance metrics and inspection trends; identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Production, Training, and customer representatives.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-quality work environment.
  • Maintain accurate inspection, production, and time records.
