The Quality Assurance Supervisor will ensure optimal quality processes in incoming goods, in process inspection, and final inspection to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Quality
  • CAPA and Root Cause Investigation Analysis
  • Experience with 8D reporting
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to work hands on in multiple departments
  • Technical writing and analytical skills experience for detailed reporting
  • Strong communication skills to internal and external customers both US and global
  • Lean practices to include TQM, Six Sigma, and 5S
  • ISO 9001 requirements
  • Customer oriented personality
  • MS Office, QSYS, ProAlpha experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop controlled documents and lead process improvements with other departments
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management System standards and ISO requirements
  • Coordinate training schedules for all new hires
  • Supervise and train Quality Assurance team
  • Coordinate process releases for new components
  • Investigation of production issues
  • Product failure analysis
  • Reporting of Q costs and defects monthly
  • All other duties assigned
