Summary: This position is located at The University of Oklahoma Athletics. Inspect all food and beverage areas while providing coaching and training to team members in all matters of safety and sanitation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Shop concessions, clubs, premium spaces, to check for food consistence and quality. Provide feedback to the management team on observations and ensure a good customer and client experience. Train all new team members and lead all annual training courses to renew food safety certifications. Support the region with sanitation inspections and team members trainings. Be the go to contact for all health inspections and sanitation audits so as to allow operation specific managers to continue focusing on the event. Other duties and responsibilites as assigned.
