About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality of customer interactions and ensuring compliance with company standards. Your contributions will directly impact the overall performance of the Credit Team, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with supervisors to identify training opportunities and support team objectives. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in credit or Accounts Receivable.
  • Previous customer service experience is a must.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism and integrity in performing job duties.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and D365.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

  • Listen to and evaluate inbound and outbound calls of the Credit department staff.
  • Conduct desktop monitoring to assess team performance and service quality.
  • Prepare timely evaluations of phone calls and share insights with supervisors.
  • Complete Aging Reviews for Accounts Receivable Representatives as scheduled.
  • Identify areas for training and coaching and communicate them effectively.
  • Maintain accurate reporting spreadsheets and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet customer goals.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
