About The Position
Responsible for performing quality assurance and control. Establishes and maintains a process for evaluating project deliverables and associated documentation, determines necessary resources for quality control. Provides oversight on SLA process development and verification. Ensures improvement plans are identified and implemented to resolve performance and SLA issues.
Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree. Degree may be substituted with 4 additional years of related experience.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control of IT systems.
- Must have experience with ISO or other quality management standard.
- Must be fully aware of IT project lifecycle.
