Essential Job Duties: Responsible for reviewing, documenting, and updating quality assurance procedures, standards, and technical documentation. Responsible for performing inspections and audits to ensure compliance with customer requirements. Responsible for working with business partners, product managers, technicians, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality. Responsible for providing process training to internal teams as applicable Works directly with internal and external sources as applicable Responsible for intense focus on ensuring accuracy and catching minor errors. Responsible for communicating with internal and external customers as necessary Responsible for maintaining production and quality activities Responsible for support of departmental administrative activities as assigned Responsible for performing special projects and other miscellaneous duties as requested by management Reporting Relationships: Reports to CCC Director and/ or Supervisor Provides directions to Configuration Center technicians and temporary labor Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in quality control.
