About The Position

The Quality Assurance Representative is responsible for inspecting new home construction during the pre-drywall phase and just before closing to ensure all products meet established quality standards. This role also includes reviewing and reporting on completed Stage 10 Homes. Additionally, the QA Rep will assist in training personnel within the construction department.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of building codes and certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of residential home building and residential inspections
Ensuring that homes adhere to quality standards
Preparing reports, analyzing, and summarizing data
Create quality measurements to track progress
Adhere to industry quality and safety standards
Travel is required from one location to another. This may exceed 100 miles per day.
Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
Analyze and investigate quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final inspection so the products are up to company standards
Work closely with the construction and sales team
Performs other projects and related duties as assigned.
