Black Canyon Consulting (BCC) seeks a Quality Assurance Officer (QAO) that will responsible for implementing BCC’s Quality Management Plan and ensuring that all deliverables under the ITCMSS III program meet ISO 9001 and CMMI Level 3 standards. Requirements
- 8 + years of QA/QC experience supporting federal IT or cybersecurity programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (5 yrs exp = degree equiv.)
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMI, and federal reporting practices
- Public Trust eligibility
Nice To Haves
- CQA, CMQ/OE, or equivalent certification
- Experience supporting DoD quality programs
- Experience handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) at minimum
- Experience supporting DoD quality programs
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive threat-hunting and incident response
- Develop and update QMP aligned with Task 1.5.1.7
- Performs QA reviews
- Review all deliverables for accuracy and validation per ISO 9001/CMMI compliance
- Track corrective actions, performance metrics, and process improvements
- Coordinate with PM and technical leads on quality audits
