The Automotive Quality Assurance Auditor performs audits for an automotive inspection program to ensure compliance with State and Federal procedures and guidelines. This is a field-based position that offers training and state certification and operates similar to that of a 'Secret Shopper'.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive safely within state of Pennsylvania
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Professional Demeanor with ability to make on-site decisions independently
- Basic Computer Skills

Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance by conducting undercover automotive service center site visits, observing and reporting inspection procedures, and documenting the audit
- Daily reconciliation of funds
- Occasional attendance at hearings when needed
