About The Position

The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for proactively designing, implementing, and continuously improving Revive Health’s quality systems, standards, and controls to prevent compliance gaps, and operational risks before they occur. This role focuses on process design, governance, risk mitigation, training, and system enablement, ensuring quality is embedded into how Revive operates, not inspected after the fact. The QA Manager plays a critical role in building and maturing the Quality Center of Excellence (CoE) and eQMS, partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Clinical, Compliance, IT, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, Compliance, or Operational Excellence (healthcare or regulated SaaS preferred).
  • Hands-on experience building or scaling a QMS/eQMS.
  • Strong background in risk management, process mapping, SOP development, and governance.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, clinical workflows, patient safety principles) strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain Revive Health’s Quality Management System (QMS/eQMS) within Dynamics 365 or other enterprise platforms.
  • Establish quality policies, SOPs, work instructions, and standards aligned with healthcare, regulatory, and internal risk requirements.
  • Define quality governance models, including quality gates, review cadences, and approval workflows.
  • Lead risk assessments, process mapping, and gap analyses to identify potential quality or compliance risks before issues arise.
  • Partner with Operations and Product teams to embed quality controls into workflows, releases, onboarding, and service delivery.
  • Define preventive controls, monitoring mechanisms, and escalation thresholds.
  • Develop and oversee quality training programs and refresher training for staff across Revive Health.
  • Ensure employees understand quality expectations, compliance obligations, and how to operationalize them in daily work.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on quality best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Define proactive quality KPIs (process adherence, audit readiness, training completion, risk trends).
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on quality strategy, risk posture, and system maturity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Quality Control Manager to ensure feedback from incidents and complaints informs preventive improvements.
