As the Quality Assurance Manager , you are responsible for managing and enhancing the Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs for Noodles & Company’s supply chain and unit restaurants, including both corporate and franchise locations. Your primary focus is maintaining and continuously improving programs such as HACCP, crisis management, food safety audits (supplier and restaurant), product specifications, and nutritional analysis of all menu items. You bring attention to detail, a systems mindset, and a strong commitment to protecting the guest experience. At Noodles & Company, we believe great food can spark meaningful connections.
