Your Responsibilities: The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and driving quality assurance activities within the Healthcare Center, with a primary focus on audits, documentation accuracy, compliance monitoring, and follow‑through. This role ensures regulatory readiness, identifies trends and risks, and collaborates with leadership to implement corrective actions that improve clinical outcomes and operational consistency. This role will also assist Unit Managers with any duties in their absence. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience LPN, or RN from an accredited or state approved school of nursing with current license to practice in the State of Indiana. Minimum of two years of experience in a long-term care setting with progression of job responsibilities. Preferred Education and Experience Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Previous leadership experience Other Qualifications and Skills Knowledge of State of Indiana and federal regulations for senior living. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, EMR software, and/or related software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making skills. Able to demonstrate sound judgement with confidentiality of information. Requirements

  • LPN, or RN from an accredited or state approved school of nursing with current license to practice in the State of Indiana.
