We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Quality Assurance to support and enhance organizational effectiveness, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all departments. This role plays a key part in improving performance, lowering operational risk, and strengthening organizational integrity to support long-term mission success. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Risk and Safety, the Manager of Quality Assurance is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting quality assurance policies, internal audit processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners with leadership across the organization to ensure compliance, identify opportunities to increase efficiency, maintain data accuracy, and enhance service quality. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, analytical, and highly skilled in implementing quality and performance standards.
