The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and driving quality assurance activities within the Healthcare Center, with a primary focus on audits, documentation accuracy, compliance monitoring, and follow‑through. This role ensures regulatory readiness, identifies trends and risks, and collaborates with leadership to implement corrective actions that improve clinical outcomes and operational consistency. This role will also assist Unit Managers with any duties in their absence.
