The Quality Assurance Intern will support the department and work closely with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure service quality, policy compliance, and timely follow up on rider concerns. Essential functions include: Reviewing trip records, verifying service accuracy, organizing case files for management, and helping prepare reports. Monitoring and evaluating paratransit service performance. Assisting with complaint investigations and data analysis. Performing other duties as assigned.
