About The Position

As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our labels meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data collection and analysis.
• Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and quality control practices.

• Experience with quality management systems and conducting quality inspections in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in label printing or packaging for clinical trials
• Knowledge of quality tools such as control charts, sampling plans, and defect classification
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct quality audits to verify adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols.
• Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement within the quality systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and findings to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate vision inspection systems to enhance product quality assurance processes.
