About The Position

Quality Assurance Final Inspector Location: West Chester, PA Employment Type: Direct Hire – Full Time Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Compensation: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Quality Assurance Final Inspector to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this final-stage quality inspection role within a precision manufacturing environment. Position Overview The Quality Assurance Final Inspector serves as the last quality checkpoint before product release. This role is responsible for performing detailed inspections on completed components to ensure compliance with dimensional specifications, cosmetic standards, and regulatory requirements prior to shipment or customer delivery. This position requires a highly attentive professional who understands the importance of final verification and documentation accuracy in a regulated production setting.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of inspection or quality assurance experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 certified environment
  • Basic blueprint reading and interpretation skills
  • Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in identifying surface defects
  • Stable work history within manufacturing environments
  • Candidates without inspection experience in structured quality environments will not be considered.
  • Jumpy resumes will not be accepted.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience performing shipment-ready final inspections
  • Familiarity with gage control or calibration processes
  • Exposure to regulated or high-precision manufacturing
  • Experience documenting nonconformance findings

Responsibilities

  • Perform final inspections on completed components prior to shipment
  • Verify dimensional compliance using precision measurement tools
  • Identify surface defects, cosmetic imperfections, and tolerance deviations
  • Interpret blueprints and part drawings to confirm specification alignment
  • Ensure proper documentation and traceability for inspected parts
  • Confirm inspection results are accurately recorded in quality systems
  • Escalate discrepancies to quality leadership for review
  • Maintain inspection equipment in accordance with calibration procedures
  • Follow ISO-based quality standards and internal work instructions
