About The Position

Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer / Tester to support multiple Department of Defense (DoD) projects. As part of the Cloud Service Integration Team (CSIT), this role is essential to ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of mission-critical Salesforce applications for DoD clients. The Quality Assurance Engineer/Tester will bring expertise in Salesforce testing methodologies, automation tools, and defect tracking systems, and will play a key role in maintaining the reliability and integrity of secure cloud-based solutions. FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

Requirements

• Experience in software quality assurance, with experience on Salesforce applications
• Proficiency in Salesforce testing tools and automation frameworks
• Experience with defect tracking systems such as Jira
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata, and deployment processes
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a secure, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
• SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL

Nice To Haves

• Experience in testing DoD or federal government platforms.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or QA-focused credentials)
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
• Eight plus (8+) years preferred

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce CRM platforms
• Applying Salesforce-specific testing methodologies to validate functionality, performance, and security
• Utilizing test automation tools and frameworks to streamline regression and functional testing
• Tracking, documenting, and reporting defects using industry-standard defect tracking systems
• Collaborating with developers, DevOps engineers, and project managers to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Conducting rigorous testing across multiple environments to support release cycles and ensure system stability
