NeuLife Rehabilitation of Michigan provides rehabilitation and residential services for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Spinal Cord Injuries, and Neurological Disorders. Position Summary: The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving service quality across NeuLife Rehabilitation of Michigan programs. This role supports regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and risk management activities. The position works closely with leadership and program staff to identify deficiencies, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with CARF standards, LARA regulations, and AFC requirements.
