The QA Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the organization, its programs, staff, and facilities remain in full compliance with all applicable laws, DBHDS licensing requirements, DMAS regulations, company policies, and other relevant governing authorities. This role serves as the primary authority on regulatory compliance, policy development, and ongoing monitoring of compliance activities. Scope of Work The Compliance Officer oversees compliance across all operational and clinical areas of the organization. This includes developing, implementing, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures, monitoring regulatory changes, conducting internal reviews, and preparing the organization for audits and site visits.
