About The Position

We are looking for a part time Quality Assurance Coordinator to work 25 hours per week in our Pocatello Home Care Office. The role involves coordinating with supervisors, overseeing staff documentation to ensure compliance, updating client authorizations in software, auditing charts and progress notes, putting together corrective actions, conducting client and employee surveys, service plan auditing, preparing for state audits, ensuring Home Care Binder and document compliance, knowing and monitoring program policies, procedures and regulations, and assisting with any other Quality Assurance or office related duties as requested.

Requirements

  • MUST be extremely detailed oriented.
  • At least 1+ year of related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean background check and drug screen
  • Must have excellent computer skills.
  • Team player and willing to pitch in.
  • Great attitude
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
