As a Quality Assurance Associate , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the quality and service they expect. What You’ll Do: Customer Care: Deliver results and provide an optimal customer experience. Maintain Quality & Safety: Identify non-conformities, keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhere to 5S principles, and follow all safety procedures. Support Team Objectives: Maintain flexibility to support shifting departmental needs, including helping in different areas of the warehouse when required to ensure timely task completion. Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts and other machinery; maintain a valid Forklift Operator’s license; change batteries and propane tanks as needed. Critical Decision-Making: Comfortably make decisions on allowable deviations, disposition of non-conforming material and help investigate cause for defects. Part Returns: Process all types of part returns, recognizing importance of completion for our dealers. Auditing: Perform audits on a variety of processes throughout the warehouse and collaborate with management to explain errors and set expectations. Meet Performance Expectations: Achieve productivity requirements while focusing heavily on accuracy and quality by demonstrating problem solving, critical thinking, and collaboration. Perform other related duties as assigned.
