Requirements
- Demonstrated strength in critical thinking, communication, and problem solving
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions, clarify uncertainty, and identify gaps in requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate potential issues before they arise
- Experience with manual testing in software environments is preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and business stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally
Responsibilities
- Review business requirements and work with project owners to clarify expectations and outcomes
- Translate vague or high-level requirements into detailed test cases and scenarios
- Perform manual QA testing across business applications
- Anticipate edge cases, potential issues, and areas of risk based on requirements and user behavior
- Communicate findings clearly, concisely, and professionally in both written and verbal form
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify issues, reproduce defects, and confirm resolutions
- Break down complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language for business users
- Assist with developing and updating QA documentation, user guides, and test plans
