Requirements

  • Demonstrated strength in critical thinking, communication, and problem solving
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, clarify uncertainty, and identify gaps in requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate potential issues before they arise
  • Experience with manual testing in software environments is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and business stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally

Responsibilities

  • Review business requirements and work with project owners to clarify expectations and outcomes
  • Translate vague or high-level requirements into detailed test cases and scenarios
  • Perform manual QA testing across business applications
  • Anticipate edge cases, potential issues, and areas of risk based on requirements and user behavior
  • Communicate findings clearly, concisely, and professionally in both written and verbal form
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify issues, reproduce defects, and confirm resolutions
  • Break down complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language for business users
  • Assist with developing and updating QA documentation, user guides, and test plans
