About The Position

A Quality Assurance Analyst provides operational review and evaluation of programmatic documentation to determine validity and compliance in accordance with program policy and procedures. The work of this class involves no supervisory duties or responsibilities. Employees receive close supervision from an operational supervisor. Employees in this class work a conventional work week that will include occasional evening and weekend work. Work is performed both in an office and at locations of cameras throughout Baltimore City and requires minimal to no physical exertion. Candidates will be required to walk/stand in the outdoors for extended period of time.

Requirements

EDUCATION: Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
EXPERIENCE: Have two years of experience in reviewing processes for accuracy and completeness and identifying errors and invalid documentation that do not meet minimum thresholds.
EQUIVALENCY: Have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATES: Must have valid Maryland Class C non-commercial driver’s license or equivalent out of state driver’s license acceptable to the Office of Risk Management and a Baltimore City driver’s permit are required
