About The Position

The Quality Assurance Analyst</b> will support a newly established Test Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) by implementing and executing comprehensive testing strategies across multiple business processes, systems, and environments. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining formal test plans, scripts, and automation frameworks to ensure software quality, reliability, and accuracy. The position works closely with functional, technical, and QA teams to define testing requirements, execute automated tests, and manage defects. Strong expertise in test automation, particularly with Tricentis Tosca, is essential to optimize testing efficiency and coverage. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the testing organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems/technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive experience as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer or Test Analyst.
• 5 years of hands -on experience with software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Moderate knowledge of Finance, HCM, Logistics, and Treasury business processes.
• Ability to interpret business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to produce testing artifacts.
• Current resident of South Carolina.

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience with test automation using Tricentis Tosca, including Tosca Commander and Tosca TBox.
• Knowledge of SAP and SaaS enterprise systems.
• Experience with S/4HANA, including test automation during S/4HANA migrations and change impact analysis.
• Familiarity with waterfall and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.
• Tricentis Tosca certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Professional – Tosca Testsuite).
• Experience with additional testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Proficiency in test scripting languages (e.g., VBScript, JavaScript, Python).
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts for test data validation.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Test Automation CoE, functional teams, technical teams, and management to execute enterprise -wide testing strategies.
• Support test planning efforts by documenting end -to -end business processes and producing comprehensive test scripts for integration and regression testing.
• Participate in test strategy discussions and provide input on automated testing feasibility and effectiveness.
• Design, build, and maintain formal test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Execute automated test cases, document results, and report defects with accuracy and clarity.
• Analyze test outcomes, assist with root cause analysis, and support defect resolution activities.
• Maintain alignment of enterprise business process hierarchies, procedures, and test cases.
• Manage test data to ensure availability and relevance for automated test execution.
• Contribute to test automation framework enhancements, metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to establish and maintain test environments.
• Generate and present test execution and defect reports to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement testing best practices.
• Assist with training and mentoring team members on Tricentis Tosca and automation techniques.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and methodologies in test automation.
