Summary: As a Quality Software Assurance Analyst at Recuro health, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of our telehealth products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, identify and track defects, and continuously improve our testing processes. Your work will help us maintain the highest standards of software quality and compliance in the telehealth industry. Responsibilities: Conduct in user acceptance testing and verify incoming user issues. Help establish and continuously enhance testing processes and practices to improve software quality and team productivity. Ensure that software complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for telehealth applications. Provide regular reports on testing activities, defect status, and overall quality metrics to stakeholders. Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand software requirements and acceptance criteria. Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, including the identification of test objectives, scope, approach, and resources required. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scripts based on requirements. Perform different types of testing, such as functional, non-functional, regression, performance, usability, and security testing. Identify, document, and track defects. Collaborate with product managers and developers to resolve issues.
