About The Position

As the Quality Analyst Sr., you will be responsible for supporting the Quality Engineering Team through the development and maintenance of critical quality charts and metrics. Requirements

  • Quality Process and Continuous Improvement knowledge
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with data visualization tool(s) (i.e., Tableau, Business Objects, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Demonstrated data analytics experience
  • Experience developing, monitoring and/or reporting metrics.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • 4+ years of aviation quality experience
  • Experience in project management and use of project management tools
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience interfacing with Government Customer Representatives
  • Ability to adapt business processes into automated tools and perform specialized data investigations to support Root-Cause Corrective-Action (RCCA) efforts
  • Experience briefing senior leaders
  • Understanding of performance metric measures or Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting techniques a plus.
