Quality Assurance Analyst IV
About The Position
ETF has an immediate need for a quality assurance analyst for both functional and non -functional testing of data <\/div> management solutions including a data lake, business intelligence, data quality, MDM, and data integration. Candidates <\/div> must have experience doing QA work for a similar data platform with the ability to write SQL to support data analysis <\/div> and reconciliation. <\/div> Responsibilities <\/div> Draft quality assurance policies and procedures. <\/div> Design, develop, and execute testing plans <\/div> Perform analysis for adherence to agency policies <\/div> Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or <\/div> product. <\/div> Make recommendations and implement processes to utilize technology appropriately to support QA work <\/div> Provide objective, accurate, and comprehensive feedback to team members with respect to defects and errors, <\/div> including both quantitative and qualitative findings <\/div> Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress <\/div> Ensure that the final product satisfies the requirements and meets end -user expectations <\/div> Identify areas for improvement to enhance the product <\/div> Compile and analyze statistical data related to defects <\/div> Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities <\/div> Required <\/div> o Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing – 5 years <\/div> o Strong analytical and problem -solving skills – 5 years <\/div> o Excellent verbal and written communication skills – 5 years <\/div> o Meticulous attention to detail – 5 years <\/div> o Ability to collaborate effectively with team members with different skill and experience levels – 5 years <\/div> o Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and tasks – 5 years <\/div> o Strong SQL skills – 3 years <\/div> o Ability to lead QA efforts independently – 2 years <\/div> o Skilled in planning and organizing QA work – 2 years <\/div> o Ability to perform functional and non -functional testing for platform supporting ETL, MDM, data quality and <\/div> business intelligence – 1 year <\/div> Preferred <\/div> o Ability to automate test scripts for a data management platform supporting ETL, MDM, data quality and <\/div> business intelligence <\/div> o Skilled with agile project management tools such as JIRA <\/div> o Skilled with test management tools such as Zephyr <\/div> o Knowledge of security and privacy best practices <\/div> o Creative and innovative thinker <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/span> Requirements<\/h3> Top Skills & Years of Experience: <\/div> a.
