About The Position

The QA Admin is responsible for reviewing and releasing dose reports to RDC customers, conducting QC inspections on raw material, and performing basic administrative tasks within the Quality Department. This position requires a high level of accountability, data accuracy, regulatory awareness, independent judgment, and strict adherence to document control and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Dosimetry, Customer Service, Phone Support, or Quality Assurance
  • 2+ years industry or related experience

  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements appropriately

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain dose records and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and traceability of all records prior to release.
  • Execute customer-requested changes to records, including badge reassignments, estimated doses, lifetime and annual dose history, etc., maintaining proper documentation.
  • Contact customers regarding their doses. These communications are high risk and must be communicated clearly, precisely, and effectively.
  • Provide problem resolution, answer basic technical questions, and troubleshoot issues for customers over the telephone, mail, E-mail, and chat using disciplined thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Act as liaison between customer and company, documenting feedback through the appropriate channels.
  • Initiate Vendor Qualification and Vendor Review with responsible managers and maintain Approved Vendor List in accordance with quality system requirements.
  • Complete customer questionnaires and quality surveys.
  • Conduct QC inspection of incoming materials, verifying that products meet required specifications.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects in parallel, optimize workflow when appropriate, possess excellent coordination and organizational skills, and keep customers informed of progress.
  • Understand applicable regulations sufficiently to comprehend the intent behind requirements and apply them appropriately, documenting and revising procedures and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain a traceability mindset in all quality, customer, and documentation activities.
  • Make suggestions to management related to adverse customer trends and for improving customer relations, services, and workflow efficiency.
  • Accountable for all tasks assigned and for providing support to management, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
