About The Position

SetPoint Medical's interns contribute to groundbreaking projects and initiatives while getting hands-on experience for career development. As part of the summer internship program, motivated students and young leaders will be able to join a collaborative effort in one of our departments and expand upon your skills with a fundamental impact to the future of medicine. This paid internship will allow you to benefit professionally while helping SetPoint define a new therapeutic category of neuroimmune modulation. You will take ownership in projects or tasks with the help of a mentor to guide you along the way, and you will have the opportunity to interact with teams and leaders across the company. This full-time position is in office, Monday - Friday, reporting to company headquarters in Valencia, CA.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above.
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Technical knowledge (electrical, software, and/or mechanical)
• Familiar with AI, particularly ChatGPT
• Self-motivated and passionate for innovation and quality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work effectively with and relate to all levels within the organization.
• Team skills that demonstrate inclusivity, decisiveness, good facilitation, a process improvement orientation, and approachability.

Responsibilities

• Create a process to automate repetitive supply chain and operations reports by leveraging Microsoft Excel’s formulas and macros
• Develop and optimize supply chain and operations reports and visualizations to communicate data to stakeholders and reduce duplications
• Assist in data setup, update, and cleaning in NetSuite such as in-activate parts and bill of materials, etc.
• Investigate nonconformances and document the investigation, root cause, and any corrective actions required.
• Records Cleanup.
• Records Management for new records created
• Implementation of AI assistance in documents/records management
