Your Opportunity: We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our team as an Operations Co-op from May- December 2026. Requirements

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Business Administration (BBA), Management, Operations Management, Safety Management / Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or Supply Chain Management.
• On track to graduate within two years or less.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement mindset, as well as emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution, team accountability, high engagement, adaptability, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with supervisors to coordinate production schedules and workforce allocation, helping teams stay aligned, supported, and positioned for success.
• Monitor daily workflow to ensure quality standards are met and products are delivered on time—contributing directly to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Support training and mentorship efforts by helping coach team members on standard operating procedures, safety expectations, and best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to solve real operational challenges, build strong working relationships, and keep work moving forward efficiently.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, leading or supporting meaningful improvements that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and make a visible impact on the operation.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment by ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

• The starting base pay range for this position is $23/hour - $27/hour and may vary based type of position and school seniority.
