Your Opportunity : We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our team as an Operations Co-op from May - December 2026. Greenheck Group is a dynamic, multi-branded international commercial HVAC manufacturer . Our equipment is used worldwide in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities, ranging from comfort ventilation to manufacturing processes. What you’ll be doing: Partner with supervisors to coordinate production schedules and workforce allocation, helping teams stay aligned, supported, and positioned for success . Monitor daily workflow to ensure quality standards are met and products are delivered on time— contributing directly to operational excellence and customer satisfaction . Support training and mentorship efforts by helping coach team members on standard operating procedures, safety expectations, and best practices. Collaborate across teams to solve real operational challenges , build strong working relationships , and keep work moving forward efficiently. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives , leading or supporting meaningful improvements that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and make a visible impact on the operation. Promote a safe and compliant work environment by ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies. What you should have : Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Business Administration (BBA), Management, Operations Management, Safety Management / Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or Supply Chain Management . On track to graduate within two years or less . Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills , with a Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement mindset , as well as emotional intelligence and self-awareness . Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution, team accountability, high engagement, adaptability, and resilience . Things You Should Know : Team members in our college programs: Network: You will interact and network with the intern & co-op group across the U.S. (about 50 total college students) Meet Our Executives: You will present your projects and experiences to our company leaders and executives at the end of your term. Get Exposure to Various Areas: You will participate in Fundamental Fridays gaining exposure to our business and business leaders. Requirements

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Business Administration (BBA), Management, Operations Management, Safety Management / Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or Supply Chain Management
• On track to graduate within two years or less
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills , with a Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement mindset , as well as emotional intelligence and self-awareness
