Responsibilities

Sample Collection & Preparation: Collect raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products for testing.
Analytical Testing: Perform routine chemical and physical tests. Operate analytical instruments according to work instructions.
Documentation & Reporting: Record test results accurately in lab notebooks or digital systems such as SAP QM.
Instrument Calibration & Maintenance: Conduct regular calibration checks on lab equipment. Report malfunctions and assist with basic troubleshooting.
Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized lab environment. Follow safety protocols, including proper handling and disposal of all materials and chemicals.
Inventory Management: Monitor lab supplies and reagents. Label and store chemicals according to hazard classifications.
